If there is a particular site that you wish to evaluate for planning policy constraints, the easiest way is to save that site and check its site card.

Step 1: Save your site.

Step 2: Go to the Sites Area and click on your site, this will bring up the site card.

If you don't know how to create a Site Card for your site, click here to learn how to do that.

Step 3: Click on the Planning Policy tab on the left.

โ€‹Step 4: Click on Adopted Proposals to view all the policy constraints.

  • hovering over each constraint will highlight it on the map.

That's it! Going through the adopted proposals will allow you to assess whether there will be any major planning constraints. A major time saver for site assessment.
