There are still some sites we’re waiting for data on. See, we calculate the £/sf price using two measures: the up-to-date sales price (that’s pretty easy to get) and the floor area (that’s a little trickier).
Usually we’re able to use Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) data for the floor area, but EPC data hasn’t been released publicly in a form we can digitise it since 2016.
We can often still get the information, like if the site’s been previously sold. But for some (often newer) sites we’re waiting for the information to be released.
When the new data is available, we’ll add it all in so you have access to the latest information.
