To create a template, click the “Templates” tab which can be found at the top left corner of the screen, next to the developments tab. Now select “Add new template” where a blank template will appear on screen.

To create a template from an existing appraisal, click into the development to which the appraisal belongs and to the right hand side of the appraisal you want to build into a template click the three dots “Appraisal options” and “Save as template”. The template will now appear in the templates section.
