But you may not notice this and end up paying twice for something.

Don't worry! We will cancel and refund you so long as you let us know promptly.

You can either use our message box service on the site (click the green button) or our Contact Form selecting the 'problem buying one of our products or services' item and let us know.  Or you can send an email to us at contact @ 

Can you please provide details of the duplicate product and forward us your receipt so we can locate it on our system.

Upon receipt of this, and after we have checked our records, we will cancel the duplicate purchase and refund your money to you.
