Hover your mouse on 'Content Types' on the main header and then click on the drop down menu item 'Documents & Forms'.

A link to the notice is found at the bottom of the 'Individual Pdf Forms' section on the page.  The notice is referred to as 'Landlords notice (s13 Housing Act 1988) proposing a new rent - form 4.

We would also suggest you read (if you are a logged in member) the FAQ you will find here.

If you are based in Wales you will find the form via the Welsh documents page - click 'Law in Wales' via the Topics menu and then go to Documents and forms, and then scroll down, and you will find it linked from the Official Prescribed Forms section.

The notice you need is called a Notice for Variation of Rent.

There is a FAQ here.
