All credit cards are changed every few years.  This always causes problems with ongoing payments such as the recurring payments for Landlord Law membership.

If you are a member, when YOUR card details change, can you please update your records as follows:

1 Go to the members' dashboard.

You do this via the green button in the site header. You will need to be logged in to do this.

If your subscription has expired you will not have access to the members dashboard.  See the separate instructions at 6. below.

2 Scroll down to the 'my account button', and click it:

This will take you to your 'my account area.   Or, if you are logged in, click the button below:

3 Click subscriptions and then view

4 Click the Change payment button

5 Scroll down and give your new card number

We don't have an image for this, but basically you are there.  You do need to scroll down a way though before you  reach the area where you input your new card details.

Click the box to confirm that the new payment method must be used for all your current subscriptions and then click the 'change payment method' button.

And you are done!

6 If your membership has expired

You will no longer have access to the members dashboard. However you will still be able to log in.

When you log in you should be taken to your My Purchases page.  Once there, click either the ' My account' button next to your membership or the 'View/Download order invoices & receipts' button towards the bottom of the page - these will both take you to your My Account area.

Or click the button below (once you are logged in)

You will then need to click the My Subscription button and then on the next page, the 'Resubscribe' button.  You will then be taken to a page where you can input your new payment details.
