If you have signed up to get any of our mailings but they are not being received, there are two possible reasons for this.
1. Your system may be classing them as spam
To check go to your spam folder and do a search on emails from tessa@landlordlaw.co.uk. The mailings will also be shown as being sent via infusionmail.com which is our mailing company.
You should be able to mark them as 'not spam' which will let them through. Hopefully this will resolve the problem.
2. You may have unsubscribed from our system
We have unsubscribe links on all our mailings but sometimes people click them by mistake. And then wonder why they are not getting any of our emails!
If our mailings are not going to your spam folder, send us a message making sure you give your email address, and ask us to check.
We can reverse the unsubscription although we may have to send you an email with a link to click if you have unsubscribed from all our mailings.
If you have missed important mailings
We may be able to re-send them to you (provided you have resolved the issue as above).
