If you have joined as a full price Business Level member and want to claim your free telephone advice call, you will first need to complete our information form.
1. Go to the telephone advice page
You will find this via the 'Services' drop down menu:
2. Scroll down to where it says 'Business Level Membership Free Advice Call
It is some way down the page, above the FAQ section
3. Click the + to open up the section and click the green button
4. Read the information on the page and click the orange button
This will take you to the application form. Note that you will not be able to access the application form unless you are logged in as a Business Level member.
5. Complete the form
This requires you to give your details, give some information about the problem you want to discuss, attach up to three documents, and let us know the best time for your advice call to take place.
Then click the 'submit' button to send the form to us.
Once we have the form
We will contact you to arrange for your advice call to take place. We will try to make this as soon as possible. Often we will be able to advise on the day of receipt of the form.
Note that under our terms and conditions, members claiming their free advice call during the first 30 days of their membership will no longer be able to claim a refund of their membership fee if they then wish to cancel their membership (save at our discretion).
