Landra got something about my brand wrong
AI analysis gets most things right, but not always everything. You can fix any detail two ways: edit the text directly on the page in the editor, or correct the underlying brand profile in your Brands area (which also improves future generations and Write & Improve results). Your manual edits are preserved if you re-analyze later.
My page is taking a while to generate
Generation usually takes a couple of minutes — Landra is writing the copy, building the components, and (if enabled) creating images. Leave the tab open while it works. If it seems stuck for much longer than that, reload and check your dashboard; your page is often saved there as a draft you can open.
My images didn't generate
Make sure AI image generation was turned on in the build flow (it's a Pro feature, included on the trial). You can always add or replace images in the editor — hover any image and click ✎ Edit image to open the Landra AI Image Studio, where you can upload your own, generate a fresh one, or revise the current photo with feedback. Real product photos are worth swapping in wherever you have them.
My page looks different on mobile
That's expected — pages adapt to phone screens. Use the Desktop / Mobile toggle at the top of the editor to preview the mobile layout and adjust anything that needs it, like the sticky mobile CTA bar in the Settings tab.
I can't publish
Publishing requires an active trial or subscription. If you're not able to publish, check your plan on the Billing page. During your free trial you can publish normally.
My Shopify connection stopped working
Landra keeps your Shopify connection fresh automatically, so it rarely needs attention. If you uninstalled the Landra app from your Shopify admin, reconnect by choosing Shopify in the Publish panel and installing the app again. Your existing Shopify pages aren't affected.
Where are my pages?
Everything you've made lives in your dashboard — published pages and drafts alike. Open any one to keep editing, and use the filters to jump between drafts and published pages.
I edited a published page but the live version looks the same
Edits to a published page are saved as a draft until you push them live. Click Update in the editor to publish your latest changes.
