Connecting Shopify is a one-time setup, and it takes about a minute. You install the Landra app, approve it in your Shopify admin, and confirm the link to your Landra account. There are no API keys to create and nothing to copy or paste. Once it's done, publishing any page to your store is a single click.

You'll need your .myshopify.com store URL (for example, your-store.myshopify.com, not your custom domain) and to be signed in to your Shopify admin as someone who can install apps. If you're not sure what your .myshopify.com URL is, skip to Or install from the Shopify App Store below, which doesn't ask for it.

Open a page in the editor and click Publish (or Update). Choose Shopify, then Connect your Shopify store.

1. Enter your store URL. Type your .myshopify.com address and click Install the Landra app. Landra opens Shopify's permission screen in a new tab.

2. Approve the app in Shopify. Review the access the app needs and click Install.

3. Confirm the link. Shopify sends you straight back to Landra. Check that it's connecting the right store to your Landra account, then click Connect store. You'll land on your Pages, ready to publish.

Back in the tab you started from, the panel updates to Connected on its own. That's the setup done, and you won't need to repeat it.

You can also start from Shopify, and this way you never need your .myshopify.com URL. Open the Landra app in the Shopify App Store, click Add app, and approve it on the same access screen. Shopify then sends you to Landra to confirm the link. Sign in to your Landra account if you aren't already, click Connect store, and you're ready to publish.

Once connected, choose Shopify in the Publish panel. You can set the page title and URL handle, choose Published (visible on your store) or Hidden (not live on your store), and decide whether to include your store's header and footer. Click Publish to Shopify now to push the page as a native Shopify page.

Hidden is not a private link. A hidden page is unpublished in Shopify, so its store URL returns a 404 for anyone who visits it, not just a page missing from your navigation. To check a page before it goes live, use the preview link in the Landra editor header, or preview it from Online Store → Pages in your Shopify admin. If you want a page reachable by direct link but kept out of search results, publish it and turn off search indexing instead.

The Landra panel didn't update after I connected. Give it a few seconds, then refresh the editor. As long as you approved the app in Shopify and clicked Connect store, the connection is saved.

"We couldn't finish connecting your store." The connection didn't complete and nothing was changed on your store. Open the Landra app again from your Shopify admin to try once more. If it keeps happening, email us and quote the reference code shown on that page.

"Couldn't reach your store." Check the store URL. It needs to be the .myshopify.com address, not your custom domain. You can also install straight from the App Store instead, which doesn't ask for it.

Full-width sections don't display edge to edge. The permissions Landra needs for full-bleed pages come with the app install automatically. If a page still looks boxed in, republish it from the editor.

Landra runs in your browser rather than inside the Shopify admin, so clicking Landra in your admin's Apps list opens Landra itself. Doing that also refreshes your connection, which is the fix if it ever goes stale.

Landra keeps your connection fresh on its own, so you won't normally need to reconnect. If you uninstall the Landra app from your Shopify admin, just install it again to reconnect. Your existing Shopify pages aren't affected. You can review or remove the connection anytime via Manage next to the store in the Shopify publish view.
