How to cancel your subscription

Cancel anytime, right from the Billing page — no hoops. Here's exactly what happens after.

Written by Ezra from Landra

You can cancel whenever you like — there's no phone call and no retention runaround.

Steps

  1. Go to the Billing page (from the user menu in the top-right, or at /billing).

  2. Click Manage my plan.

  3. Pick a reason for canceling — this helps us improve, and takes one click.

  4. Review what happens next (below), then confirm.

If you're still on your free trial

Cancel any time before your trial ends and you won't be charged at all. The pricing page shows exactly when the trial converts.

What happens after you cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then. Once it ends:

  • Your published pages are put in draft mode (taken offline).

  • Any pages published to your Shopify store are removed from the store.

  • Pages embedded on other sites (like Webflow, WordPress, or Framer) stop displaying.

  • Editing and generating new pages are disabled.

  • Nothing is deleted from your account — every page and its data stay exactly as they were, ready to republish the moment you reactivate.

Embedded pages: the two versions fail differently. If you pasted a fixed snapshot, the page's text stays on your site but loses its styling, because the styles are hosted by Landra. If you pasted the auto-updating version, the page content itself loads from Landra, so it disappears from where you pasted it rather than just looking wrong. Both come back when you reactivate, with nothing to re-paste. If you're not sure which you used, open the page in Landra and check the Export HTML card — an auto-updating embed shows a Live embed badge.

If you have pages published to Shopify that you want to remove sooner than this, you can always delete them directly from your Shopify admin.

Reactivating

Come back any time — every screen that would otherwise be a dead end (your dashboard, a page you try to open, the billing page) offers a Reactivate button. Pick a plan and, if you still have a card on file, you're back in instantly — no checkout, no re-entering your card. If your card was removed or has expired, you'll be prompted to add a new one first.
