You can cancel whenever you like — there's no phone call and no retention runaround.
Steps
Go to the Billing page (from the user menu in the top-right, or at
/billing).Click Manage my plan to open the secure Stripe customer portal.
Cancel your plan there.
If you're still on your free trial
Cancel any time before your trial ends and you won't be charged at all. The pricing page shows exactly when the trial converts.
What happens after you cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.
After it ends, you lose access to generation and publishing.
Pages already published to a Landra URL stay live unless you take them down first.
Your drafts and page data are preserved — resubscribe later and everything is still there.
Pages you exported as an embed rely on assets hosted by Landra, so those stop displaying once your subscription lapses.
