You can capture leads right on your Landra page with a GoHighLevel form, survey, quiz or calendar. There are two ways to do it, and you can use both on the same page.
In a popup. Your buttons open the form over the page. Best for advertorials, where you want the reader to keep reading until they're ready.
On the page. The form sits in the page itself, and your buttons scroll down to it.
Get your form's link and embed code
In GoHighLevel, open the sub-account that owns the form.
Go to Sites, then Forms (or Surveys, Quizzes or Calendars).
Open your form and click Integrate.
Copy the share link for the popup, or the embed code to put it on the page.
While you're in GoHighLevel, check what happens after someone submits: show a thank-you message, or send them to a thank-you page. That setting lives on the form, not in Landra. So does the form's own look, like its colours or a background image.
Open the form in a popup
In the editor, click the Settings tab, then the Page sub-tab.
In Links, paste your form's share link into Send every button to. Every button on the page now goes to your form.
Just below, turn on the switch in GHL form popup.
Only links that point at a GoHighLevel form open in the popup. Everything else on the page behaves as before.
Style the popup
Turning the switch on reveals the popup's design controls. Click Preview popup to see it over your page while you edit; every change shows there live.
Heading and Subheading: optional text above your form, with left, center or right alignment and a size for each.
Fit to form: the popup is exactly as tall as your form and grows or shrinks as readers move through a survey, so there's no empty space under it. Max height caps it for very long forms. Turn fitting off to set a fixed Height instead.
Width: how wide the popup can get on larger screens. On phones it always fits the screen.
Space around form: the gap between the popup's edge and your form. 0 means none.
Background: the popup's own card, in any colour. Turn it off to show only your form over the dimmed page.
Close button: turn it off for a cleaner look. Readers can still close the popup by tapping outside the form or pressing Escape.
You can also get here from the page itself: click a button that opens your form, and its panel shows Preview & style popup.
Put the form on the page
In the editor, open the Structure tab and click Add content.
Choose Custom Code.
Paste your form's embed code and click Save.
Then send your buttons to it: in Settings, under Send every button to, turn on Scroll to a section on the page and pick the section with your form. Clicking any button now glides down to it.
The form shows up on your published page, your preview link and your exported page.
Using GoHighLevel on your own domain
If your agency white-labels GoHighLevel, your form links may look like link.youragency.com/widget/form/… instead of a GoHighLevel address. Landra only shows forms from domains it knows, so add yours once: turn on GHL form popup and paste the domain, a form link, or the embed code under Your own form domains, then click Add.
You can also manage your domains in Global page settings, under Form domains.
If you paste a form from a domain you haven't added into Custom Code, the panel tells you and offers to add it for you.
Good to know
GoHighLevel's own domains work out of the box. You only add a domain if your agency uses its own.
Changes to your domains and popup design take effect the next time you publish, so republish any live page that uses them.
Leads go straight into GoHighLevel. Landra never sees or stores what readers type into the form.
