To manage your client profiles, go to Dashboard > My Clients.
This is where you can see all your clients. By clicking on a profile, you can go to their detailed client profile.
Click on "Edit" in the top right corner to add or update information.
Now, you can add information and upload a picture to your client's profile, e.g. the company logo.
You can also add a description of yourself that will only be visible to this specific client.
Click "Update" in the bottom left corner to save your changes.
Your client profiles also include your assigned invoicing and accounting profiles, uploaded documents, and information about your invoice recipients.
Clicking on the Accounting tab reveals information from your assigned accounting profile. This includes:
- Your tax number and VAT ID (if you have one)
- Your bank details
- Your rates
You can update the accounting information in your settings.
Clicking on the Invoicing tab shows information from your assigned invoicing profile. This includes:
- The invoice recipient
- Your client's VAT ID
- An additional text (optional)
- The tax rates for this client
- The payment deadline for this client
You can update the invoicing information in your settings.
In the Documents tab, you can find documents this client has sent you.
You can also upload your own documents and save them to this client's profile by clicking on "Upload" in the top right corner.
Now you can choose a document to upload. If you want, you can add an expiration date to your document.
The last tab shows the name of the invoice recipients for this client.
You can add a new recipient by clicking on the "+" in the top right corner.
Add the name, the role (optional), the e-mail, and the phone number (optional) of the new invoice recipient.
You can set this invoice recipient as your default contact for this client by activating the slider.
Click "Save" to create a new invoice recipient.
