Hello!

The Portal makes it easy to see essential student data alongside each other. In the Portal, the Network Data Grid enables district staff to explore many data points for their schools in a spreadsheet-like experience. The Grid contains a row per school in a user’s portfolio along with columns for each of the data points currently available in the Network Dashboard, including % SWD, % MLL, YTD Attendance, MAP Growth metrics, and more! Users can apply filters on the grid column headers to focus on groups of schools that meet specific criteria or use student-level filters to view each metric for a particular subgroup of students. To access the Network Data Grid, click on Grid from the navigation toolbar on the left-hand side.

Overview

Columns and Rows

The Network Data Grid displays one row for every school you have been granted access to by your network administrator with hundreds of columns from data represented in the Portal. Users can use the columns to create custom groupings and filter for the most critical school groups. Hover over grid column headers for column descriptions. All the metrics in the data grid are percentages. Hover over a grid cell to view the underlying student counts that are included in the data point.
