What window provides protection from a green handheld laser?
What window provides protection from a green handheld laser?

Always consult your on-site Laser Safety Officer (LSO) for specific guidance. Required optical density (OD) and laser safety personal protective equipment (PPE) are determined based on worst-case scenarios and require professional judgment. All laser safety equipment provided is intended for diffused beam viewing only.

A green laser is a range of wavelengths - most likely between 494nm - 570nm. To know the best product, we need the actual wavelength - for example 532nm ( a common green laser wavelength). Our 410 window provides an OD 5+ at 532nm - marked OD5+ 190-532nm. This is not protection for all green laser wavelengths, only up to 532nm.
