At Lassie, you can change your payment method for your monthly installments – the payment method – and the bank account or PayPal account to receive our transfers – the refund method – at any time.
Attention: If you pay your monthly installments by credit card, adding a bank account or PayPal account as your refund method is required to receive your refunds.
Change your payment and refund method in the Lassie app
The easiest way to modify your payment and refund methods is through your personal space in the Lassie app.
Click on the "Insurance" tab.
Scroll down the page and click on "Your payments."
Press "Change" next to the payment method already registered.
Click "Add a payment method" or "Add a refund method."
Note: If your payment method is a SEPA direct debit or a PayPal account, you can indicate whether you want to use the same account for refunds (see illustrations 5 and 6).

Enter the email address linked to your Lassie account.
Type the 4-digit code you receive by email immediately after.
Add, remove, or modify your payment and refund methods.
