Our basic health insurance can cover pregnant animals, but issues related to pregnancy are not covered, regardless of the medical need.
According to paragraph 5.t. of our insurance terms, treatments or procedures related to pregnancy (including false pregnancies) and delivery (especially cesarean sections) are excluded from insurance coverage.
