How do I change the delivery/picking time and/or day?

You can change the delivery time or date in your account before the order is paid.

If you have already paid for your order but selected an incorrect delivery time or date, please contact the „LastMile“ customer support team as soon as possible via email at support@lastmile.lt or through the LiveChat platform.

Please note that changes to the delivery time and date are only possible while the order is still being prepared. Once the order status changes to „Out for delivery“, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery time or date.

Customer support is available daily (Mon–Sun) from 08:00 to 22:00.
