Why is the system not showing available delivery times today?

Available delivery time slots may not be shown due to increased order volume or due to partner working hours.

Additionally, if alcoholic beverages are included in the basket, the system may not offer same-day delivery slots when approaching 15:00 on Sundays or 20:00 on other days. In such cases, the system automatically determines that it will no longer be possible to deliver an order containing alcohol within the required time frame.

Customer support is available daily (Mon–Sun) from 08:00 to 22:00.
