On the order pickup day, please arrive at the store where your order was prepared within the selected pickup time interval.
Upon arrival, look for the “LastMile” stand marked “Pickup point”. If you selected in-car pickup during the order process, please look for this stand in the parking area.
Once you arrive, press the “I have arrived” button in the app next to your order information and wait until the order is handed over by the picker.
The order is issued upon presentation of the pickup code (one uppercase letter and 4 digits).
If you are unable to press “I have arrived”, please contact the “LastMile” customer support team via email at support@lastmile.lt or through LiveChat.
Please note that the order must be collected by the end of the same store’s working hours (until 22:00). If the order is not collected by the end of the working day, it is cancelled and payments made are non-refundable for the packaging fee and for the following product categories: fresh bakery products (bread, buns, pastries), fresh meat and fish, dairy products, fruits and vegetables, and live plants (cut flowers, potted plants).
If you have ordered the pickup service not from an “IKI” store but from another retail network, please contact a store employee upon arrival.
Customer support is available daily (Mon–Sun) from 08:00 to 22:00.
