Some goods were out of stock. Will I get my money back?

After placing an order, the amount is temporarily reserved on your bank account. The final amount is charged after the order has been fulfilled, based on the actual quantity and prices of the items.

If the final amount is lower than the reserved amount, the difference is automatically refunded to your bank account immediately after the order has been completed – no additional actions are required.

If the payment was made via bank transfer, the refund may take up to 3–5 business days.

If you do not see a separate refund transaction, we recommend checking the final charged amount, as in some cases it is automatically adjusted to a lower value based on the completed order.
