Why does the system not allow to choose an alternative to the offered goods?

Product alternatives can be selected only for a limited time during the order picking process.

We recommend reviewing and responding to alternative product suggestions as soon as you receive the notification, as the time to make a selection is limited.

If the system does not allow you to select an alternative, it means that the picker has already moved to the next stage of the order process – payment – after which selecting product alternatives is no longer possible.

Once the order picking stage is completed, the option to choose alternatives is no longer available.
