Instead of the ordered goods, I received another, similar one. Where should I apply?

You can return the incorrect item directly to the courier during home delivery or to a „LastMile“ picker during in-store pickup.

If the delivery was contactless and/or you notice the incorrect item after the courier has already left, please contact the „LastMile“ customer support team via email at support@lastmile.lt or through the „LiveChat“ platform.
