For product returns, please contact the LastMile customer support team by email at support@lastmile.lt or via the LiveChat platform.
Once your request is received, it will be reviewed to determine whether the return complies with the applicable terms and conditions. If the return is approved, you may be asked to provide additional information and complete a return form. The return location will also be arranged accordingly.
After the returned items are received and confirmed, the refund will be issued to your account.
