In your account, go to "Profile" -> "Payment Methods" -> "Add" -> Enter the payment card number, expiration date, and CVC three-digit code in the fields, then click "Add." A new window will appear on the screen where your bank will ask you to confirm the card for security purposes. After confirmation, return to the newly appeared window on your screen and click "Continue." Clicking this will return you to the "Payment Methods" page, where you can see if the card has been added.
