How does offering goods alternatives work?

Alternatives are offered when the items you ordered are not available in the store. In such cases, the picker will suggest similar products from the available assortment at that time.

Please note that the price of the suggested alternatives may differ from the original product price. If the selected alternative costs less, the price difference will not be charged and will be refunded to your bank account after the order is completed.

If the alternative costs more, the system may request an additional funds reservation. Any unused portion of the reserved amount will be automatically refunded to your bank account after the order is completed.
