How does offering goods alternatives work?
How does offering goods alternatives work?
Updated over a week ago

Alternatives are offered when the goods you ordered are not in the store. The picker offers alternatives from other goods that are in stock at the time. The price of other offered goods may differ from the original price of the goods you ordered. If the alternative costs less, the price difference from the reserved amount will not be deducted and will be returned to your bank account after the order is executed. If the

price of the alternative is higher, the system may ask for an additional money reservation.
