If a customer leaves a tip via the app, it is split equally between the picker and the courier. If the same courier both picks and delivers the order, the entire tip is allocated to them.
The payment processing platform applies a minimal administrative fee.
Tips via the app can be left after the order has been completed, up until the order rating is submitted. Please note that it is not possible to return to this step and leave a tip afterwards.
