I don't see guaranteed places in the app. Why is that so?

Guaranteed slots are added once per week. If you do not see any guaranteed slots in the app, it means they are currently fully booked. The number of guaranteed slots may vary depending on the position.

We also recommend following updates in the „LastMile“ Telegram group – in case of increased order volume, additional guaranteed slots may be announced.

If no guaranteed slots are available, you can join a non-guaranteed session. By achieving strong performance results, a higher “Premium” pricing model may be applied.

Courier support is available daily (Mon–Sun) from 08:00 to 22:00.
