During the guaranteed session, you receive an hourly salary, and you also commit to working the guarantee session time taken without interrupting it. If your earnings for the work exceed the hourly earnings of the guaranteed session, you receive a higher amount, i. e. for the work done.

A non-guaranteed session does not oblige you to work the set time of the session, and during it you receive earnings for the work done. The hourly earnings will not be calculated. During a non-guaranteed session, you will be applied Premium pricing.
