What targets should I reach to get Premium pricing?

“Premium” pricing applies to the Courier–Picker and Picker positions when performing tasks in non-guaranteed sessions.

If tasks are performed in guaranteed sessions, “Premium” pricing may be applied based on achieved performance results.

Performance indicators determining “Premium” pricing:

Courier–Picker: task completion rate – at least 100%, order picking quality – at least 96%.

Picker: task completion rate – at least 100%, order picking quality – at least 96%.
