Performance indicators that affect "Premium" pricing:
For couriers: Task completion speed of at least 100%
For courier-pickers: Task completion speed of at least 100%, and item picking rate of at least 96%
For item pickers: Task completion speed of at least 100%, and item picking rate of at least 96%
