What are the general rules for ,,LastMile'' discount codes/coupons?

A discount code may be single-use or multi-use. A single-use discount code can only be used once – after redemption, it becomes invalid and is removed from the list.

Discount codes may be expressed as a percentage or a fixed amount (EUR) discount.

A discount code may apply to a specific product, product group, or the entire shopping basket, depending on the terms of the offer.

Discount codes are valid only for the assortment or delivery available on the “LastMile” platform and only for the specific store indicated in the terms.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

The validity period of a discount code is specified at the time it is issued and cannot be extended. Once expired, the code is removed from the list.

Each discount code has its own individual terms and validity period.

Only one discount code can be used per order – codes cannot be combined.

If the order total exceeds the value of the discount code, the remaining amount must be paid using other available payment methods.

Any unused portion of the discount value is non-refundable.

To use a discount code, the user must be a registered “LastMile” customer.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes are valid for orders from 25 EUR.

The value of the order eligible for a discount does not include delivery fees, packaging fees, or other additional charges.

Discount codes cannot be combined and are not applicable to promotional items, alcohol, baby food, “CLEVER” products, or household appliances.
