Key Metrics
Located on the video player will be a collection of performance metrics pertinent to your video’s Persistent Reaction type.
Selecting one of these clickable metrics on the video player will do three things:
Update the Trend Lines
Update the Heat Map (for Comments and One Touch only)
Update the Scenes below the video player
Trend Lines highlight peaks and valleys within your video where your content was more or less thought-provoking, engaging, or attention-grabbing. To toggle the Trend Lines, Click the horizontal X-axis icon _
in the bottom right corner of the video player.
Heat Map shows you where on the video screen users are clicking to submit their Persistent Comments or Persistent One Touch reactions. To toggle the Heat Map, Click the Thermometer 🌡️ Icon in the bottom right corner of the video player.
Scenes
Below the video player, you’ll see the scenes you created during Setup. Each scene will display the metric you’ve selected on the Video player (Total Comments, Sentiment, Average Rating, Retention, etc).
Using scenes as filters enables you to focus on the performance of individual sections of your video. By selecting a specific scene, you can view insights and metrics specific to that scene alone, helping you gain a more detailed understanding of viewer engagement and reactions for specific segments of your content.
Simply click on a scene below the video player to view the performance of that scene. Select a different Key Metric from the top of the video player to update all scene cards. To go back to viewing results for the entire video, deselect the scene you're currently viewing.

Analysis Cards
Analysis Cards are featured under the Reactions tab of your video. These cards break down your video's data so you can easily identify trends, understand reactions, and make data-driven decisions. The analysis cards featured on your video's Insights Dashboard will depend on the Persistent Reaction you added to your video.
Analysis Cards for Persistent Comments
Summary Card - This AI-generated summary of the comments left on your video gives you a high-level overview of what your audience is saying about your content.
Ask Lumiere - this feature, located on the comment summary analysis card, allows you to directly ask Lumiere about the insights you've collected on your video.
Sentiment Card – Comments left by users are given a sentiment score of Positive, Negative, or Neutral based on our advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) model. Positive leaning sentiment indicates a well-liked video.
Keywords Card – The most used words in your viewers’ comments and the sentiment they were associated with. Selecting a keyword will apply a comment filter to show you all the comments that use that keyword. This card can toggle between ‘Library’ and ‘Word cloud’ views.
Themes Card - Lumiere's advanced algorithm groups user comments into categories based on their similarity. Now you can easily see the different aspects of your video that viewers are commenting on without sifting through hundreds of open ends on your own. Select a theme from the Theme Card to apply a filter to view all the comments that fit that topic.
Emotions Card - This card uses AI to analyze open-ended viewer responses and identifies the top emotions expressed, such as excitement, confusion, or joy. Each emotion is paired with a percentage representing how often it appeared across responses. Comments can be tagged with multiple emotions, offering a nuanced emotional breakdown of audience sentiment.
Additional Feedback – An Analysis Card for the additional feedback you may have added to Persistent Comments (Stars, Slider Rating, or Emojis) will show you the exact breakdown of ratings left by viewers.
Analysis Cards for Persistent Emojis
Emojis Card - This card will show you how much each Emoji was submitted by both a percentage of share and total count
Key Moments Card - Lumiere will analyze moments within your content where a large number of emojis were submitted in a short time. Key Moments are moments where engagement is high.
Analysis Cards for Persistent One Touch
