Managing Notifications and Lead Delivery Settings

Who this is for: Intake teams and admins
​What this solves: Not receiving lead emails

If you are not receiving lead notifications, check the following:

  • The user has notifications enabled

  • The user role allows access to lead data

  • The user is selected on the specific funnel

You can also add catch all emails, such as intake@firm.com, to ensure no leads are missed.

Common mistakes:

  • Assuming admins automatically receive all leads

  • Forgetting funnel specific notification settings
