How to Add a New User and Assign Permissions

​What this solves: Giving internal or external teams access

To add a new user:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Manage Users

  3. Add the email address

  4. Assign the appropriate role

Emails do not need to accept messages to receive lead data.

Common mistakes:

  • Assigning limited roles to intake teams

  • Forgetting to enable lead notifications
