Accessing Your Profile Settings

All personal account settings in Lawbrokr are managed at the individual user level.

To access your profile settings:

  1. Log in to Lawbrokr

  2. Click on your profile icon

  3. Select Settings

From here, you can manage your personal account details.

Updating Your Email Address

Your email address is tied to your Lawbrokr user account and determines where notifications and lead alerts are sent.

To update your email:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Profile

  3. Update your email address

  4. Save your changes

Once updated, all future notifications will be sent to the new email address.

Updating Your Password

You can change your password at any time from your profile settings.

Managing Notification Preferences

Notification settings control how and when you receive updates from Lawbrokr.

From Settings, profile page you can:

  • Turn lead notification emails on or off

  • Choose which funnels send you lead alerts

  • Control platform-related notifications

Notification settings are user-specific and may vary by role and funnel assignment.

You can update these notifications for the users on your account by going to Manage Users, Clicking the gear icon on that user, and then updating their notification settings on their behalf

If You Forgot Your Password

If you cannot log in because you forgot your password, you can reset it from the login screen.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the Lawbrokr login page at app.lawbrokr.com

  2. Click Forgot Password

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account

  4. Check your email for the reset link

  5. Create a new password

If you do not see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.

Common Mistakes

  • Updating the wrong user profile

  • Assuming notification settings apply to all funnels automatically

  • Forgetting to save changes

  • Not checking spam folders for password reset emails
