Who This Is For
Marketing teams, intake teams, and administrators
What My Library Is
My Library is Lawbrokr’s centralized asset hub.
It is where all shared assets live, so teams can reuse content consistently across funnels, workflows, and campaigns without recreating or reuploading assets each time.
My Library is divided into three core sections:
Image Library
Video Library
Page Library
Each section serves a different purpose but works together to keep experiences consistent and scalable.
Image Library
The Image Library stores all images used across Lawbrokr experiences.
This includes:
Firm photos
Attorney headshots
Office imagery
Campaign-specific visuals
From the Image Library, you can:
Upload new images
Search for existing images
Filter images to find assets quickly
Reuse the same image across multiple funnels
Using the Image Library ensures brand consistency and prevents duplicate uploads.
Video Library
The Video Library stores all videos used within Lawbrokr, specifically for Lawbrokr's Clips product
Common use cases include:
Intro videos
Trust-building videos
Short explainer clips
Intake guidance videos
Videos stored here can be reused across:
Website pages
Funnels
Pages
Workflows
This allows marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging while giving intake teams confidence that users see the same information everywhere.
Page Library
The Page Library is where Lawbrokr becomes especially powerful.
The Page Library allows you to build reusable question pages that can be deployed across multiple workflows and funnels.
Instead of recreating the same questions repeatedly, you can:
Build a question page once
Save it in the Page Library
Reuse it across any funnel or workflow
This ensures consistency in how questions are asked and how data is captured.
How Page Library Pages Are Used
Pages created in the Page Library can be inserted into:
Multiple funnels
Multiple workflows
Different campaigns or practice areas
Why My Library Matters
My Library supports:
Faster funnel creation
Consistent intake experiences
Cleaner reporting
Easier collaboration between teams
Without a centralized library, teams often create variations of the same assets, leading to inconsistent data and user experience.
Common Mistakes
Reuploading the same image or video multiple times
Creating duplicate question pages instead of using the Page Library
Not naming assets clearly for reuse
Editing live funnels instead of updating shared pages
Best Practices
Name images, videos, and pages clearly and consistently
Use the Page Library for any question page used more than once
Review your library periodically to remove unused assets
Treat My Library as a shared system, not a personal workspace
