Understanding Page Outcomes in Lawbrokr

Every Lawbrokr funnel is designed to guide a user toward one of two outcomes:

  • A successful submission, where the lead completes the intake

  • A non qualified outcome, where the lead is redirected without submitting

Dead End Pages and Thank You or Submission Pages are how these outcomes are managed.

What a Dead End Page Is

A Dead End Page is a page type used when a lead does not qualify for submission.

Instead of allowing the user to submit an intake, the Dead End Page:

  • Stops the workflow

  • Prevents a response from being created

  • Redirects the user to another Lawbrokr page or an external link

Dead End Pages are commonly used to:

  • Filter out cases outside your practice areas

  • Redirect users to helpful resources

  • Send non-qualified traffic elsewhere without creating noise in your data

No response, notification, or integration is triggered when a Dead End Page is reached.

When to Use a Dead End Page

Dead End Pages are best used when:

  • A user clearly does not meet intake criteria

  • You want to avoid cluttering your response inbox

  • You need to provide guidance instead of collecting data

Examples include jurisdiction mismatches, practice areas you do not handle, or timelines that fall outside your criteria.

Thank You Pages and Submission Pages

A Submission Page, often referred to as a Thank You Page, is the final step of a successful Lawbrokr workflow.

When a user reaches the Submission Page:

  • The intake is finalized

  • A response is created

  • Notifications are sent

  • Integrations are triggered

  • Conversion tracking fires

Every funnel must include a Submission Page for a response to be recorded.

Customizing the Thank You Experience

Thank You Pages can be used to:

  • Set next step expectations

  • Reinforce trust

  • Provide follow up instructions

This page appears only after a successful submission and should clearly communicate what happens next.

How Lawbrokr Logic Works

Lawbrokr uses singular logic to control how users move through a funnel.

Logic is applied at the question level and determines what happens based on a user’s response.

Instead of complex branching trees, Lawbrokr encourages simple, intentional logic that supports conversion and clean reporting.

Adding Logic to a Question

To add logic to a question:

  1. Open your funnel or workflow

  2. Click Edit on the specific question

  3. Select Add Logic

  4. Choose the response condition

  5. Define the outcome

Outcomes typically include:

  • Continuing to the next question

  • Redirecting to a Dead End Page

  • Sending the user to a specific page

Logic is evaluated immediately after the question is answered.

Singular Logic Best Practices

Because Lawbrokr logic is singular:

  • Each question should have one clear purpose

  • Logic should be used sparingly

  • Different outcomes are best handled with separate funnels

This approach:

  • Improves completion rates

  • Reduces confusion

  • Keeps analytics clean

  • Makes optimization easier over time

Common Mistakes

  • Using Dead End Pages instead of separate funnels for different practice areas

  • Overusing logic on too many questions

  • Expecting logic to behave like a chatbot decision tree

  • Forgetting to include a Submission Page

Best Practices

  • Use Dead End Pages only for clear disqualification

  • Always include a Submission Page

  • Keep logic simple and intentional

  • Optimize based on drop off and response data
