What the Clio Manage Integration Does
The Clio Manage integration allows Lawbrokr to push intake data directly into your Clio Manage account.
When connected, Lawbrokr:
Creates a Contact record in Clio Manage
Pushes all intake response data into the Contact’s Notes field
This ensures intake information is captured inside Clio without manual copy and paste.
How the Integration Works
The integration uses a secure OAuth connection directly with Clio Manage.
The workflow looks like this:
A user completes a Lawbrokr intake
Lawbrokr creates a new Contact in Clio Manage
All structured intake responses are added to the Contact’s Notes
Your intake team can immediately review the information inside Clio
Lawbrokr does not overwrite existing Contacts. If a matching Contact exists, Clio’s standard behavior applies based on your account configuration.
Connecting Clio Manage to Lawbrokr
To connect Clio Manage:
Log in to Lawbrokr
Go to Settings
Select Integrations
Choose Clio Manage
Click Add
Authenticate using your Clio Manage credentials
Once authenticated, the integration is active.
No additional field mapping is required.
Where Intake Data Appears in Clio
After a submission:
A Contact record is created in Clio Manage
The full Lawbrokr intake is written into the Notes section
This includes:
Contact information
Answers to all intake questions
Relevant context captured during the workflow
This approach keeps Clio data clean while preserving the full intake record.
What This Integration Does Not Do
It is important to understand the scope of the integration.
The Clio Manage integration:
Does not create Matters automatically
Does not upload documents
Does not split responses into custom Clio fields
Its purpose is to deliver complete intake context into Clio efficiently.

Review Contacts in Clio promptly after submission
Use Notes as the source of truth for intake context
Combine with Lawbrokr Response Management for intake decisions
Use automations for follow-up, not manual emails
This setup works best when intake review happens consistently.
