Integrating MyCase with Lawbrokr

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Who This Is For

Marketing teams, intake teams, and firm administrators using MyCase

What the MyCase Integration Does

The MyCase integration allows Lawbrokr to push intake data directly into your MyCase account.

When connected, Lawbrokr:

  • Creates a Lead record in MyCase

  • Places the lead in the Online Leads section

  • Pushes all intake response data into the newly created lead

This ensures your intake team can review new inquiries directly inside MyCase without manual data entry.

How the Integration Works

The integration uses a secure OAuth connection with MyCase.

The workflow looks like this:

  1. A potential client completes a Lawbrokr intake

  2. Lawbrokr creates a new Lead in MyCase

  3. The lead appears in the Online Leads section

  4. All structured intake responses are attached to the lead record

  5. Intake teams can immediately review the submission inside MyCase

Lawbrokr does not overwrite existing records. If MyCase detects a matching record, its standard lead handling behavior applies based on your account settings.

Connecting MyCase to Lawbrokr

To connect MyCase:

  1. Log in to Lawbrokr

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Select Integrations

  4. Choose MyCase

  5. Click Add

  6. Authenticate using your MyCase credentials

Once authenticated, the integration is active.

No additional configuration or field mapping is required.

Where Intake Data Appears in MyCase

After a successful submission:

  • A Lead record is created in MyCase

  • The lead appears under Online Leads

  • All Lawbrokr intake responses are visible within the lead record

This includes:

  • Contact information

  • Answers to all intake questions

  • Context captured during the workflow

This keeps intake data centralized and easy to review.

What This Integration Does Not Do

It is important to understand the scope of the integration.

The MyCase integration:

  • Does not automatically create a Case

  • Does not upload documents

  • Does not map responses into custom MyCase fields

Its purpose is to deliver complete intake context into MyCase quickly and reliably.

Best Practices

  • Review Online Leads regularly inside MyCase

  • Convert qualified leads into cases after review

  • Use Lawbrokr Response Management to qualify leads before conversion

  • Pair with Lawbrokr Automations for follow up communication

This ensures a smooth intake to case handoff.

Common Mistakes

  • Expecting automatic Case creation

  • Looking for submissions outside the Online Leads section

  • Forgetting to test the integration after setup

  • Assuming document uploads are supported
