Integrating LeadDocket with Lawbrokr

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Who This Is For

Marketing teams, intake teams, and firm administrators using LeadDocket

What the LeadDocket Integration Does

The LeadDocket integration allows Lawbrokr to push intake data directly into your LeadDocket account.

When connected, Lawbrokr:

  • Creates a new Opportunity in LeadDocket

  • Pushes all intake response data into the Case Summary field on the Opportunity record

This ensures your intake team can review the full intake context directly inside LeadDocket without manual data entry.

How the Integration Works

The integration uses the Webform connection with LeadDocket.

The workflow looks like this:

  1. A potential client completes a Lawbrokr intake

  2. Lawbrokr creates a new Opportunity in LeadDocket

  3. All structured intake responses are written into the Case Summary field

  4. Intake teams can immediately review the submission inside the Opportunity

Lawbrokr does not overwrite existing Opportunities. If LeadDocket detects a matching record, its standard behavior applies based on your account configuration.

Connecting LeadDocket to Lawbrokr

To connect LeadDocket:

  2. Go to Integrations, then click "Add New" and click "Lawbrokr"

  3. Grab the URL and copy the Secret Key

  4. Log in to Lawbrokr

  5. Go to Settings

  6. Select Integrations

  7. Choose LeadDocket

  8. Click Add

  9. Then paste the URL and the Secret Key

Once authenticated, the integration is active.

No additional field mapping is required.

Where Intake Data Appears in LeadDocket

After a successful submission:

  • A new Opportunity is created in LeadDocket

  • The complete Lawbrokr intake appears in the Case Summary field on the Opportunity

This includes:

  • Contact information

  • Answers to all intake questions

  • Context captured throughout the workflow

This approach keeps LeadDocket data clean while preserving the full intake narrative.

What This Integration Does Not Do

It is important to understand the scope of the integration.

The LeadDocket integration:

  • Does not automatically create a Case

  • Does not upload documents

  • Does not map responses into custom LeadDocket fields unless built through Zapier

Its purpose is to deliver complete intake context into LeadDocket efficiently and consistently.

Best Practices

  • Review new Opportunities promptly inside LeadDocket

  • Use the Case Summary as the primary intake reference

  • Pair Lawbrokr Response Management with LeadDocket pipeline stages

  • Use Lawbrokr Automations for timely follow up communication

This setup works best when intake review and pipeline management are aligned.

Common Mistakes

  • Expecting Case creation instead of Opportunity creation

  • Looking for responses outside the Case Summary field

  • Forgetting to test the integration after connecting

  • Assuming document uploads are supported
