What the Smokeball Integration Does
The Smokeball integration allows Lawbrokr to push intake data directly into your Smokeball account.
When connected, Lawbrokr:
Creates a Lead record in Smokeball
Pushes all intake response data into the newly created lead
This allows intake teams to review and qualify new inquiries inside Smokeball without manual data entry.
How the Integration Works
The integration uses a secure OAuth connection with Smokeball.
The workflow looks like this:
A potential client completes a Lawbrokr intake
Lawbrokr authenticates with Smokeball via OAuth
A new Lead record is created in Smokeball
All structured intake responses are attached to the lead
Intake teams can immediately review the submission inside Smokeball
Lawbrokr does not overwrite existing leads. If Smokeball detects a matching record, its standard lead handling behavior applies based on your Smokeball configuration.
Connecting Smokeball to Lawbrokr
To connect Smokeball:
Log in to Lawbrokr
Go to Settings
Select Integrations
Choose Smokeball
Click Add
Authenticate using your Smokeball credentials
Once authenticated, the integration is active.

Where Intake Data Appears in Smokeball
After a successful submission:
A Lead record is created in Smokeball
The full Lawbrokr intake appears within the lead record
This includes:
Contact information
Answers to all intake questions
Context captured during the workflow

What This Integration Does Not Do
It is important to understand the scope of the integration.
The Smokeball integration:
Does not automatically create Matters or Cases
Does not upload documents
Does not map responses into custom Smokeball fields
