Who This Is For
Marketing teams, intake teams, and firm administrators using CallRail
What the CallRail Integration Does
The CallRail integration allows Lawbrokr to push intake submissions into CallRail in the same way native CallRail forms do.
When connected, Lawbrokr:
Creates a form submission inside CallRail
Pushes all intake response data into the submission
Includes source attribution and tracking data, consistent with CallRail reporting
This ensures Lawbrokr submissions appear alongside calls and other form leads inside CallRail, without changing how your team reviews data.
How the Integration Works
Lawbrokr sends intake data directly to CallRail using CallRail’s API.
The workflow looks like this:
A potential client completes a Lawbrokr intake
Lawbrokr sends the submission to CallRail
The submission appears in CallRail as a form lead
Source attribution, campaign data, and metadata are included
Intake teams can review the lead alongside calls and other submissions
From a reporting perspective, Lawbrokr behaves like a native CallRail form.

Where Intake Data Appears in CallRail
After a successful submission:
A new form submission appears in CallRail
The submission includes all Lawbrokr intake responses
Source attribution data is visible alongside the lead
This allows teams to:
Compare calls and form leads
Attribute leads to campaigns accurately
Maintain consistent reporting across channels
What Data Is Passed to CallRail
Lawbrokr passes:
Contact information
Answers to intake questions
Source and campaign attribution
Metadata consistent with CallRail form submissions
This allows CallRail to remain your central reporting system for calls and forms.
What This Integration Does Not Do
It is important to understand the scope of the integration.
The CallRail integration:
Does not replace call tracking numbers
Does not create calls, only form submissions
Does not upload documents
Its purpose is to unify intake and call data in one place.
Best Practices
Use Lawbrokr as the primary replacement for static CallRail forms
Confirm attribution tracking is set up correctly before launch
Test submissions after connecting the integration
Review CallRail reports to validate data consistency
This ensures smooth reporting across all lead sources.
Common Mistakes
Entering incorrect Company ID or API credentials
Expecting call data to originate from Lawbrokr
Forgetting to test a live submission
Reviewing Lawbrokr leads outside CallRail reporting
