Editing Your Mortgage Advance

11 STEPS

1. Click on the mortgages tab

2. Once you have entered your mortgage, click on terms & payment within that mortgage

3. Here you will see the loan details, you can edit the principal amount or add deductions

4. To change the principal amount, click on the principal amount box and type in the desired amount

5. To add deductions, click on add item

6. You can select one of Closer's deduction items from the list or add custom item

7. Click the desired deduction item

8. Click the deduction amount box and enter the amount

​Note, any amounts entered here are automatically deducted from the principal amount, you do not need to add a negative sign before the deduction amount!

9. Once you have completed entering the deduction amount(s), you will see the net advance which will be entered into the trust ledger

10. To delete a deduction item, click and hold the trash can icon

11. You can also edit the deduction amount by clicking on the amount box and typing in the correct amount
