Generating Packages in Sync for Email Based Lenders

6 STEPS

1. In your mortgage tab, go to forms

Note: you will first have to upload your instructions in the mortgage inbox to Sync

2. You will see our forms library, you can select our mapped forms to download, and also upload any document you wish

3. Click the checkbox on any documents you wish to include in your package

4. If it is a request for funds or final report, click sign & download to populate the lawyer's digital signature

5. Enter the lawyer's security PIN, check the box that you have verified the contents, and then click download

Step 5 image

6. The package will now be downloaded to your computer with the digital signature affixed

For any other documents you wish to send to the lender, click download once selected

You can now send the package to the lender directly from your email!
