How to Create an Estate File

12 STEPS

1. From the parties tab, click add vendor to file

2. Type in the client's last name, first name into the text box, select a client or click create new client

3. Under representation type, select estate

4. Enter the client details and click create

5. Click the three dots beside the client name and select view global profile

Step 5 image

6. Select the drop down menu underneath the estate status and select the appropriate status

7. Enter the remainder of details and click add trustee

8. You may set the estate trustee as your primary contact by selecting the checkbox set as primary contact

9. Type in the estate trustee's name in the textbox, select an existing client or click create new client

10. Enter the remainder of the details for the estate trustee and click create

11. Click associated contacts

Step 11 image

12. Here you will see all contacts associated with your client
