1. Go to your parties/clients tab

2. Click send IDV request

3. Click the checkbox on the client(s) you would like to send the request to

4. Click send IDV request

5. Click into the box that has the +1 long distance code

6. Type in the correct long distance code for your international client

7. Once the rest of the phone number and email is inputted, click send

8. Your IDV status will now show as request sent!
