How to Export your Charge to Teraview

15 STEPS

1. Under closing, click e-reg charge

2. Click review XML details

3. Here, you can see the data you are exporting

If you need to amend anything, click any of the boxes

4. This will take you to the mortgages tab for you to amend any of the mortgage terms

5. Click copy XML URL to copy your export data to your clipboard

6. Click download XML if you wish to download it to your computer instead

7. Click on launch Teraview to go right to Teraview to import your charge

8. You can navigate to your additional mortgages by clicking on the toggle on the top right

9. Here, you can amend and export the same details for your additional mortgages

10. Click registration details

11. After closing, you can upload your registered charge, and add the registration number and date to store right in Closer

12. If you have an assignment of rents, click add assignment of rents

Step 12 image

13. You can now add the registration details for your assignment of rents

Step 13 image

14. Click add general security agreement if applicable

15. Now, you can input your information for your general security agreement!
