Using your All Files List in the Dashboard

10 STEPS

1. To access your reporting in Closer, first click all files on the sidebar

2. Filter your files by opening date or closing date

3. Select your date range by clicking on the calendar

4. You can also filter files with outstanding requisitions or undertakings for your date range

5. Click outstanding undertakings or requisitions to be taken to the file

Step 5 image

6. Click file type to select a specific file type if desired

7. Click office if you would like to filter one of your firm's locations if applicable

8. Select the lawyer or clerk if you only wish to see a specific assigned person's files

Step 8 image

9. Finally, a file status can be selected if you only wish to see active, closed or inactive files

10. Once you've curated your list of files, you can export to CSV or print your report
