Working with Creating Document Packages

Here is a step by step of working with merging and creating packages within your documents tab in Closer.

20 STEPS

1. In your documents tab, click add in the packages section

2. Click create a package

3. You can search or use our filters to find the documents you wish to add, click your desired documents

Note: you can click multiple documents at once

4. Click x to exit the search drawer, or click outside of the drawer to get back to the package screen

5. Click the three vertical dots

6. Click rename to title your document package in your file

7. Use this icon to drag and drop to change the order of your documents contained within your package

8. Click the three vertical dots beside your document

9. This will allow you to select more options, such as exporting to pdf, renaming the document, duplicating the document, resetting it, and removing it from your package

10. You can also export your package right to PDF with the download icon

11. Click the back arrow to go back to the rest of your packages tab

12. To quickly see and edit what is contained within your package, click the folder

13. A drop down list of your documents will appear

14. You can also download your package right from the documents tab, or click the three vertical dots to rename it

15. Click your package name to get back to the editor view at any time!

16. When a document is added to a package, it will also appear under the my documents tab

17. All changes made within a document will be reflected everywhere the document lives, this includes any edits, renaming, resetting or deleting the document

18. You can see how many packages the document is associated with by seeing the number in the packages icon

19. Once you click the folder, a drawer will appear

You can easily go to the package to make any edits by clicking on the arrow, or name of the package

20. Click the back arrow to get back to your documents tab at any time
