1. From within your statement of adjustments tab, click add adjustment

2. Scroll down and click property taxes

3. Click the drop-down menu under tax bill

4. Select the appropriate bill type

5. Enter all your information for the adjustment

6. Click save

7. Now, your second property tax adjustment will be reflected in your statement of adjustments
